يُعلن مركز صوت العرب الدولي للسلام وخدمة الإنسان إدانته القاطعة، واستنكاره الشديد، ورفضه المطلق لكافة أنواع وأشكال وصور العنف والتطرّف وانتهاك حقوق الإنسان، أياً كانت مصادرها أو ذرائعها، ويؤكد أن المساس بالكرامة الإنسانية جريمة لا تسقط بالتقادم ولا تُبرَّر بأي غطاء سياسي أو أمني.

ويُدين المركز على وجه الخصوص ما تقوم به إسرائيل من انتهاكات جسيمة وممنهجة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، من قتلٍ للمدنيين، واستهدافٍ متعمّد للأطفال والنساء، وتدميرٍ للبنية التحتية، وتهجيرٍ قسري، وحصارٍ جماعي، وتجويعٍ ممنهج، في خرقٍ فاضحٍ للقانون الدولي الإنساني، واتفاقيات جنيف، وكافة المواثيق والأعراف الدولية.

ويؤكد المركز أن هذه الممارسات ترقى إلى جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، وأن الصمت الدولي عنها، أو تبريرها، أو التعامل معها بازدواجية المعايير، يُعدّ تواطؤًا أخلاقيًا وسياسيًا، ويقوّض أسس العدالة ويهدد السلم والأمن الإقليمي والدولي.

إن الصمت عن الجريمة جريمة، وتبرير القتل خيانة للقيم الإنسانية، والتهاون مع الاحتلال وانتهاكاته وصمة عار في جبين المجتمع الدولي. وعليه، يدعو المركز الأمم المتحدة، والمنظمات الحقوقية الدولية، والمحاكم المختصة، وصنّاع القرار إلى تحمّل مسؤولياتهم القانونية والأخلاقية، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الجرائم دون انتقائية أو تسييس، وضمان حماية المدنيين ووقف كافة أشكال العدوان والانتهاكات فورًا.

ويجدد مركز صوت العرب الدولي للسلام وخدمة الإنسان التزامه الثابت بالوقوف مع الإنسان المظلوم، والحق العادل، والسلام القائم على العدالة، ورفضه المطلق لكل أشكال الاحتلال والعنف والتطرّف، والعمل المتواصل من أجل صون الكرامة الإنسانية وحماية الشعوب.

English Translation

Statement of Condemnation

The Arab Voice International Center for Peace and Humanitarian Service declares its categorical condemnation, strong denunciation, and absolute rejection of all forms, types, and manifestations of violence, extremism, and human rights violations, regardless of their sources or justifications. The Center affirms that any assault on human dignity constitutes a crime that does not expire with time and cannot be justified under any political or security pretext.

The Center specifically condemns the systematic and grave violations committed by Israel against the Palestinian people, including the killing of civilians, the deliberate targeting of women and children, the destruction of infrastructure, forced displacement, collective siege, and the systematic use of starvation, in blatant violation of international humanitarian law, the Geneva Conventions, and all relevant international charters and norms.

The Center affirms that these practices amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, and that international silence, justification, or double standards regarding these crimes constitute moral and political complicity, undermining the foundations of justice and threatening regional and international peace and security.

Silence in the face of crime is itself a crime. Justifying killing is a betrayal of human values, and tolerance of occupation and its violations is a stain on the conscience of the international community. Accordingly, the Center calls upon the United Nations, international human rights organizations, competent courts, and decision-makers to assume their legal and moral responsibilities, hold perpetrators accountable without selectivity or politicization, ensure the protection of civilians, and immediately halt all forms of aggression and violations.

The Arab Voice International Center for Peace and Humanitarian Service renews its firm commitment to standing with oppressed peoples, just causes, and peace founded on justice, rejecting all forms of occupation, violence, and extremism, and continuing its work to uphold human dignity and protect peoples.

Déclaration de condamnation

Le Centre International de la Voix Arabe pour la Paix et le Service Humanitaire exprime sa condamnation catégorique, sa dénonciation ferme et son rejet absolu de toutes les formes de violence, d’extrémisme et de violations des droits de l’homme, quelles qu’en soient les sources ou les justifications. Le Centre affirme que toute atteinte à la dignité humaine constitue un crime imprescriptible, qui ne saurait être justifié par aucun prétexte politique ou sécuritaire.

Le Centre condamne en particulier les violations graves et systématiques commises par Israël à l’encontre du peuple palestinien, notamment le meurtre de civils, le ciblage délibéré des femmes et des enfants, la destruction des infrastructures, les déplacements forcés, le blocus collectif et l’utilisation systématique de la famine, en violation flagrante du droit international humanitaire, des Conventions de Genève et de l’ensemble des chartes et normes internationales.

Le Centre souligne que ces pratiques constituent des crimes de guerre et des crimes contre l’humanité, et que le silence international, leur justification ou l’application d’une politique de deux poids deux mesures représentent une complicité morale et politique, sapant les fondements de la justice et menaçant la paix et la sécurité régionales et internationales.

Le silence face au crime est un crime en soi. Justifier le meurtre est une trahison des valeurs humaines, et la complaisance à l’égard de l’occupation et de ses violations est une tache sur la conscience de la communauté internationale. En conséquence, le Centre appelle les Nations Unies, les organisations internationales de défense des droits de l’homme, les juridictions compétentes et les décideurs à assumer leurs responsabilités juridiques et morales, à poursuivre les responsables sans sélectivité ni instrumentalisation politique, à garantir la protection des civils et à mettre fin immédiatement à toutes les formes d’agression et de violations.

Le Centre International de la Voix Arabe pour la Paix et le Service Humanitaire réaffirme son engagement indéfectible aux côtés des peuples opprimés, des causes justes et d’une paix fondée sur la justice, rejetant toute forme d’occupation, de violence et d’extrémisme, et poursuivant son action en faveur de la dignité humaine et de la protection des peuples.
